Children's Amusement Park in Shannan District, Huainan City

After more than a year of construction, Shannan Children's Amusement Park has been basically completed with its playing facilities in trial operation and will be formally put into operation on December 30.

Located in the east of Feishui Avenue, west of Runshui Road, south of Hechang Street and north of Chunfen Street, the children’s playground covers the total area of about 150,000 square meters, of which the water area reaches 87 mu and the land area is 153 mu. It is a comprehensive urban park with functions of community leisure, popular culture, theme amusement, project experience and so on.

The park as a whole divides itself into two circular lines and five different functional areas as follows: a main line used for walking and a touring line equipped with small trains, a fun area for adults and children, a sightseeing area suitable for taking photos, a leisure area adjacent to the artificial lake in this scenic spot, a display area at the entrance, and a smart multi-interactive area, etc. , Distinct areas and featured spots, such as Ecological Lawn, Fantastic Garden, Sky Park, Waterfront Dock, are built along the touring line, dotted with them amusement facilities including Ferris Wheels, Kart Racing, Flume Ride, Horrible Castle, Family Roller Coaster, High Flying, Pendulum, Cruise Terminal and so on. All these facilities not only keep their natural vigor based on ecological environment, but also meet the need of the public on leisure, sports, recreation and sightseeing.

It is reported that as an open park, for the convenience of citizens and tourists, the children's park has a visitor center and a guest lounge with an entrance and exit on the roads around the park respectively. A number of parking lots and ancillary facilities are planned in the park, including a surface car parking covering 3,289 square meters and a basement parking reaching 9,436 square meters.
