Shou County Cultural and Tourism Promotion in Tongcheng

Recently, the Shou County Cultural and Tourism Resources Promotion Conference, themed "The Charm of Shouzhou: A Place for Longevity," was held at the broadcast hall of Tongcheng Converged Media Center. Heads of local Propaganda Departments, Culture and Tourism Bureaus, and Media Convergence Centers, among other relevant entities, participated in the event.

Tongcheng and Shou County are both nationally recognized historic and cultural cities with deep historical and cultural heritage. The two regions share similar geographical features and are rich in tourism resources. Situated in the north and south of Anhui Province respectively, they have jointly witnessed and contributed to the emergence and prosperity of Jianghuai civilization. This event aims to foster collaborative success between Tongcheng and Shou County in the cultural and tourism sectors. By leveraging the momentum of Tongcheng's high-quality economic and social development, the event seeks to accelerate the growth of Shou County’s cultural and tourism industries. The promotion in Tongcheng is expected to create a wider platform for cultural exchange and tourism cooperation between the two regions. The event will deepen mutual understanding, strengthen friendships, and jointly advance the preservation of outstanding traditional culture, thereby promoting the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry.

At the promotion event, attendees watched a promotional video about Shou County’s cultural and tourism resources. The Shou County tourism ambassador presented the county’s tourism offerings and conducted a prize quiz. Additionally, the Shou County Media Convergence Center and the Tongcheng Media Convergence Center signed a "Media Convergence Exchange and Cooperation Agreement," while the Shouzhou Holding Group and Tongcheng Mingzhu Travel Agency inked a "Tourism Alliance" cooperation agreement.
