In the industrial cluster of Bagongshan District, Huainan City, local enterprises are producing frozen Huainan beef soup through factory-based methods for distribution nationwide. In recent years, Huainan City has focused on expanding and strengthening the beef soup industry as a key driver for the development of high-end green food industry clusters. By extending the industrial chain and implementing standardized production processes along with brand-oriented operations, there are now over 20 enterprises engaged in beef soup production and processing, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons.
